Help for Insomnia
After my diagnosis I
could not sleep. My mind just would not shut off
at night, just kept spinning around. I really did NOT
want to add any more drugs to my regimen and so I
decided to give an audiobook a try. When I went
to bed, I put on my headphones and started listening
to the audiobook. I slept
perfectly. Now, that was almost 2 years ago and
to this day I use this method for sleep each and
every night. I NEVER have a problem
sleeping.
I see people on the message boards all
the time asking what they can use for insomnia, and I often
tell them about this method. I don't think too many people
really try it, and it's a shame because it's so
easy.

It's not that I'm
listening to boring books, it just
keeps your mind from going crazy
whirling around madly, and you listen
to the book until you doze
off.
So if you are
suffering from insomnia, or if you just
want to take your mind off your problems
for a while, this method absolutely works.
If you need a recommendation I would
recommend both
booksfree.com and
Simply Audiobooks .
Now, if you need an audiobook
recommendation, I've been recently
listening to the "All Creatures Great and
Small" series of books by James Herriot.
The narrator is so good! I absolutely
have LOVED them all. I really can't
say enough good things about that series,
it can really take your mind off your
worries for a while and transport you to
another world. Trust
me, this
method works for insomnia and without
any drugs. I hope everyone
who is having trouble sleeping will
give this a try because it truly
works.
